Fabrication

AXIOS presently has three fabrication facilities located in Texas and Louisiana. With over 40,000 square feet of dedicated space for this service, the priority of these shops aims to support the immediate needs of our field projects and to offer emergency response services to our clients.

AXIOS offers turnkey fabrication services for coded and non‐coded piping from carbon steel and all alloys, including monel, inconel, and super duplex materials. This capacity affords us the ability to produce up to 1,500 spools per month along with pipe components, heater and furnace tubes, skids, supports, small pressure pots, drums, nozzles, and specialty pieces.

AXIOS considers the importance of immediate, efficiently coordinated responses to unplanned and emergency work, and we place a great emphasis on getting those items made correctly and delivered on time. Our fabrication strategy is enhanced by utilizing external cut shops and process flows that allow for the maximization of shop floor space. These qualities in combination allow AXIOS to maintain better control of materials and deliver quality products.
